Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF) Module is a pre-compressed, "block-style" insulation unit made by folding or stacking high-purity ceramic fiber blankets. Unlike standard blankets that are pinned in layers, modules are engineered for fast installation and maximum efficiency in large industrial furnaces. They are held together by internal metallic anchors and typically expand after the packaging bands are cut, creating a seamless, tight-fitting lining.
